Chairman of the Board of Directors
Holcombe has over thirty years of experience investing in and growing market-leading public and private businesses. He is a co-founder of Clarion Communications and is its chairman.
As an entrepreneur, Holcombe founded Green Capital Investors, a private equity investment management firm and served as the Chairman, Board Member and Chief Executive Officer of many of the portfolio companies.
Holcombe received his BA from Yale University and his J.D. from the University of Virginia.

President, CEO & Director
Vincent has spent his 35+ year career starting, managing and investing in private and public growth companies in the telecom and technology industries.
Vincent is a co-founder of Clarion Communications and serves as its CEO. He most recently served from 2018 - 2022 as President & CEO of Lingo Communications, a leading global Cloud/UC and managed service provider to the business, carrier, and consumer markets. He previously served as the President & CEO of Birch Communications, a large IP-Based Communications and Cloud Services Provider for 13 years until 2016.
He began his career at an AT&T predecessor company and has worked with many leading-edge entrepreneurial firms over the past 35 years. Vincent received his BA and MPA in Management from Long Island University.

Director
Frank is a co-founder of Clarion Communications and serves as a director. He is also a partner/co-founder of Catch & Release Films with Oscar-winning producer Tom Heller.
Prior to his career in film, Frank worked in Venture Capital and founded an incubator for start-up companies in his hometown of Atlanta.
Frank is also on the faculty at the Film & Television departments at New York University and Savannah College of Art & Design.

Director
Kirby is a co-founder of Clarion Communications and serves as a director. Previously he served for 27 years as President and CEO of Mercer University, a private, doctoral university with high research activity.
Recognized as one of Georgia’s most influential leaders by Georgia Trend magazine, Dr. Godsey was named the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) III Chief Executive Officer of the Year in 2002.
Kirby has a bachelor's degree from Samford University, he earned his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Theology degrees from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, Master of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Alabama and Ph.D. in Philosophy from Tulane University.
He is a recipient of honorary doctorates from The University of South Carolina, Samford University, Campbell University and Averett University.
